2. Zero Server Upload Architecture

Your privacy and document confidentiality are paramount:

• Client-Side Only: Files you drop or select are processed in your browser's RAM via WebAssembly and JavaScript engines (pdf-lib, pdfjs-dist).
• No Server Transmission: No document contents, page images, or exported PDFs are ever transmitted across the network or stored in databases.
• Immediate Disposal: Closing or refreshing the browser tab instantly purges all loaded document data from memory.

3. Local Storage

The app uses browser localStorage solely to remember non-identifying user preferences:

• Tool Preferences: Last selected pen stroke width, color, and opacity
• Language Choice: Selected interface language

4. Advertising and Cookies

To help support maintenance costs, third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense) may appear on public reading guide pages. The interactive PDF editing workspace (/) is strictly non-ad-eligible to prevent accidental clicks and preserve uninterrupted productivity.
